Edson Arantes a few hours ago, took to his social media page to appreciate fans, friends and family members for all the beautiful messages he received yesterday on his 78th birthday.
The 78-year old Edson Arantes popularly known and called Pele took to his social media handle to ask if there is any other beautiful way to celebrate a birthday than with family with two special cakes? He asked, then thanked everyone for the special day. He said:
“Is there a better way to spend a birthday than sharing a special cake with family? Yes, sharing two cakes! Thank you all! / Existe melhor maneira de comemorar aniversário do que compartilhando um bolo com a família? Claro que sim, dividindo dois bolos! Muito obrigado a todos.”

Pele was born in Brazil on 23rd October 1940 and is a retired Brazilian footballer, and a three-time world cup winner with Brazil, scoring 1281 goals in just 1363 games as a professional footballer.
