Metele: Nigerian troops are currently engaging some Boko Haram terrorists in a fierce gun battle in the Northern area of Borno State.
In a statement released by the Nigerian Army a few minutes ago stated that the Nigerian troops are
engaging Boko Haram Terrorists In Borno State. The statement reads:
Troops of 157 Battalion Metele in Northern Borno are presently engaging Boko Haram Terrorists in a fierce gun battle. The Boko Haram Terrorists have been repelled and reinforcement of men and materiel have been mobilized from Kangarwa and Arege.
The situation is being monitored and more details would be communicated soon.
