Brazilian and Chelsea winger, Willian has revealed how he felt playing under former Italian and Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, saying football under him was never fun.

According to a report by BBC, Willian who was linked to some number of clubs both within England and out of England said he is still in Chelsea because he wanted to stay and play for the London club. But when asked if he would have stayed if Conte were to be retained as Chelsea manager, the versatile winger said there is “no chance” he would have stayed.

Willian who was one of those that played a crucial role in giving Antonio  Conte is first League win on his first season at Chelsea, said he enjoys playing football, and the present manager Maurizio Sarri want players to have fun. He said:

“The manager tells us to play, to enjoy ourselves on the pitch,”

“Is it fun to play this way? I think so. We have a lot of players with quality up front, like Eden Hazard and Pedro. Players like that want to play football.

“That’s why he Sarri talked about ‘fun’ football [after arriving at Chelsea]. This is what we will try to do this season.”

On his current status at Cheslea, he said:

I’m here because I want to play for Chelsea. I will only leave if Chelsea want me to go.”

On next weekend game against Arsenal after their win last week against Huddersfield, the Brazilian who relish the Arsenal fixture said:

“Now we have a different style, that’s why we can create problems for Arsenal.
“Of course, it will be a special game against Arsenal because it is a derby. It is always difficult against them. We have to prepare well during the week.” he concluded.
