Nigeria music producer, Jude Okoye has taken to his social media page to share some real-life experience, as he said he did conductor work and slept under a bridge to survive in Lagos.

The elder brother to both Paul and Peter Okoye, said when he first came to Lagos in 1995, he had nowhere to go, as he made the popular Ijora bridge his home, where he spent close to four days as his place of rest every night.

He also said that while looking for a way to kick-start his musical career, he had to engage in a conductor job with the popular yellow buses in Lagos, moving around the ever busy Ijora-Jibowu route to survive.

Taking to his social media page and putting up a photo of him with some of his cars, he captions the scene with this:

“DID YOU KNOW….? My first 4 nights in Lagos in 1995 was spent under ijora bridge stranded cos of music hustle. Had to do conductor work route ijora – jibowu everyday to survive. #mondaymotivation”

Though Jude Okoye and brothers are multimillionaires now, after going through so much to make it as entertainers in Lagos, he shared his little life experience which I am sure there are more to inspire his fans and followers.

Jude Okoye who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Northside Music, and Northside Entertainment, played an important role in the then PSquare brand, as he was working behind the scenes ditching out some of the best-directed videos in the African music Industry, even before the coming of the new producers we have now.
