Lewis Hamilton has been crowned the winner of the just concluded Hungarian Grand Prix, after taking home his 6th win in Hungary.
The British driver who faced some challenges last week but was triumphant, made sure everything was done right this time, as he clinched yet another win to extend his Championship lead to 24-points ahead of his Championship rival and Sebastian Vettel.

The win is a back-to-back win for Hamilton, and will be going into the long break happy and rest assured that himself and Mercedes are in full control of the championship.
The Hungarian Grand Prix was not without some drama, especially for Sebastian Vettel who needed a win to close the gap on Hamilton. The Ferrari driver did his best to win, but was only able to manage a second place finish after overtaking Mercedes driver Bottas to make the podium in Hungary. His other Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen came third, joining the top two on the podium.
The next stop for the drivers will be in Belgium, as the Grand Prix takes a break after today’s race.
