This man Sergio Ramos is probably one of the very few of the ‘old fashion’ captains and defender out there still playing the beautiful game of football.  He plays as a role model on and off the pitch and gives motivation not only to his teammates but millions of aspiring young stars out there watching and loving the game of football.

His leadership has seen Real Madrid going for a third straight Champions League finals, and a possible third win.

Sergio Ramos has all the Statistics both in favour and against him, but if you ask him, he will let you know, he has won trophies than his critics and even some of the world best strikers out there.

He wears his heart on his sleeves, which has earned him the most yellow cards in world football and also one of few defenders who put in six to ten goals a season, which is very rare from a defender.

(Real Madrid and Bayern played out a 2-2 draw, after a 1-2 win away against Bayern) it was time to party and the talk of a legend status for the players started to echo amongst fans and players alike.

Taking to his social media page to celebrate the win and the thought of making history with his teammates, Ramos took to his social media page to share this:

We wrote history again.

Now we want to become legends
