Liverpool’s teammates celebrated one of their own yesterday, Mohamed Salah for winning the PFA award and also making the PFA team of the year 2018. Though the award was given to him a few weeks back, his teammates decided to give him a special treatment when he was officially presented with his PFA team of the year medal from the FA at their training ground.

The Egyptian who has been incredible this season at front of goal was carried by his teammates as they pose for a group photograph.

All eyes are now on him to help Liverpool win the champions league, as they prepare for a difficult game against Italian side, AS Roma. Liverpool beat the Italian side 5-2 at the first leg, but even with the goal advantage. It is not a guarantee they are home and dry for the finals yet, given the history of AS Roma, which only the likes of Messi and Barcelona can tell better, but all is left for Liverpool to do and get to the final. The Egyptian said:

Very fortunate to be adding another award in my first season playing with this great group of players! @dejanlovren06 did you vote for me?
