Taylor Swift pulled another stunt to shield herself from prying eyes upon landing her private plane on Sunday – as it was reported she has increased her security, Daily Mail reports.
According to the report by Daily Mail, the 35-year-old billionaire popstar was covered by black umbrellas held by two male staffers in an effort to hide her as she made her way into a waiting SUV at Morristown Airport, New Jersery.
Taylor Swift who was dressed down in a black top and grey sweatpants – then traveled 35 miles east directly to the members-only gym DOGPOUND located near her $80 million Tribeca compound in Manhattan.
The singer’s public sighting came after The US Sun reported she’s ‘spending an extra $2 million on security amid fears for her safety.’
But even inside the 36-year-old NFL tight end’s home stadium, Taylor Swift felt the need to hide behind a large screen on wheels as she headed into the VIP suite on September 14.
On September 22, the Pennsylvania-born singer was granted a five-year restraining order against Colorado man Brian Jason Wagner – whom she alleged repeatedly showed up to her LA home and claimed she had his baby.
‘Taylor has wanted to feel much more protected this year with her security, especially with her current stalker issues,’ a source told the Daily Mail last Tuesday.
‘She doesn’t want her whereabouts known every minute of the day. She wants to be safe and she wants her family and friends to be safe.’
The insider added: ‘But we will continue to see her from time to time as she knows that everyone knows she is there anyway.’

Billboard reported that Swift spent around $360 million to buy back her music catalog from Shamrock Capital after Scooter Braun sold her masters to the private-equity firm in 2020, a year after buying them from Big Machine.
