Diddy and son Justin Combs whom he shares with Misa Hylton, were accused of brutal gang rape by a Louisana woman in a shocking new lawsuit, Dailymail reports.
According to the report by DailyMail, a Louisiana woman accused Justin of luring her to his Los Angeles mansion in 2017 to be raped by his father and two other ‘masked men.
Per the documents obtained by Page Six, she claims Diddy and son Justin Combs connected on Snapchat, where Justin invited her to California under the promise of furthering her career in the entertainment industry.
She was offered alcohol, pills and weed before the three men arrived at the home, one whom she believed was Diddy, 55. She claims she was escorted to a bedroom and told ‘you better let this happen, or else.’In the documents, she said she was able to identify the music mogul by his ‘mannerisms,’ and alleged that Justin called him ‘Pops.
Diddy’s attorney denies any wrongdoing. ‘No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,’ a lawyer for the rapper said.
‘We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court. ‘The brutal gang rape was said to occur for several hours. Diddy’s lawyer denies the allegations.
The bombshell lawsuit came to light as Diddy’s sex trafficking trial nears it’s end. Prosecutors finished their closing arguments on Thursday after five hours. The defense’s closing arguments are due to begin today.
Diddy denies any wrongdoing in the federal charges brought against him.
