Wicked star and Ariana Grande’s boyfriend Ethan Slater cut a casual-chic figure when he was spotted leaving New York Live on Friday night, Daily Mail reports.
According to the report by Daily Mail, the 32-year-old Ariana Grande’s boyfriend Ethan Slater cut a casual figure in a gray overcoat, dark T-shirt and black trousers.
He looked dapper with his curly locks pushed to the side, posing with his hand in his pocket while rocking Adidas sneakers.
The veteran Broadway actor and Ariana Grande’s boyfriend Ethan Slater who recently took an embarrassing tumble, appeared to be in good spirits on the day of the release of his new musical film, Wicked, which also stars his pop star lady love.
In the film, Slater takes on the role of Boq, a Munchkin who attends Shiz University — the preeminent college within the land of Oz.
Grande, 31, stars as the bubbly Glinda, the Good Witch of the North who forms an unlikely friendship with Cyntha Erivo’s character Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West.
In the adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, Grande and Slater star alongside Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey and Peter Dinklage.
The musical fantasy is directed by Crazy Rich Asians filmmaker Jon M. Chu and is a prequel to 1939’s The Wizard of Oz. It explores the Wicked Witch of the West’s close-knit relationship with Glinda the Good Witch before the beloved character Dorothy dropped in.
Just days ago, Slater made a rare comment to Entertainment Tonight about his relationship with the 7 Rings singer during the LA premiere of Wicked.
He underscored the upside about working on the musical-film with his A-list girlfriend of over a year and rhapsodized over her talents.
‘I am so proud of Ariana,’ the five-foot-seven actor said.
‘She’s incredible in this movie, and then to be able to share in the celebration of it, I’m just grateful,’ he said fawning over his lady love.
The outlet also caught up the GRAMMY award-winning songstress who claimed to be ‘so happy’ the world is getting to know her Wicked co-star turned boyfriend.
She said: ‘He’s always adorable, and he’s so amazing in this film, he’s such an amazing person, I’m so happy people are getting to know him.

‘My heart is very happy,’ she gushed.
The pair met back in 2022 when they were cast alongside each other on Wicked.
At the time, Ethan was married to his high school sweetheart Lilly Jay and had just welcomed a baby boy, while Ariana was married to celebrity real estate broker Dalton Gomez.
The actors called it quits with their respective partners as rumors swirled that a romanced had sparked between the two on set, before they went public with their relationship in July 2023.
Since then, Ariana and Ethan have rarely posted photos of themselves together or shown obvious affection on social media.
Instead, they have hinted at their connection with small gestures on social media, such as sharing inside jokes or using symbols as nods to each other.
Wicked is now playing in theaters.
