Oritsé Williams and Kazz have announced they are expecting their first child together after two years of marriage.
The JLS star Oritsé Williams, 37, has revealed his partner is pregnant after a journey he says ‘tested them in ways he can’t describe’.
Alongside a black and white pregnancy photoshoot of the couple, he wrote:
‘Overwhelmed with emotion, love, and awe, words can’t express how I feel about my Queen, my soulmate, my hero, and stunning Mama Kazz.
‘Her strength, her sacrifices, and everything she’s overcome to bring us to this point leave me in absolute wonder.
‘This journey has tested us in ways I can’t describe, but her courage has shown me the true depths of love and resilience.’
Oritsé Williams who rose to fame with JLS on The X Factor in 2008 – explained they will be turning to their ‘little family bubble’ during this next stage in their relationship.
He continued: ‘We’re embracing this sacred time together in our little family bubble.
‘Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who has stood by us and continues to surround us with true love and support.
‘Your kindness carries us, and we are forever thankful to you.’
Marketing manager and former singer Kazz, who first met Oritsé in 2019 after they connected on social media.
Oritsé Williams and Kazz got married in 2022 and he described it as ‘one of the most magical moments’ of his life.
He previously wrote: ‘When we ran away, just the two of us together, just you and I and got married in Jamaica, it was one of the most magical moments in my entire life, but to be honest, I would’ve married you anywhere, because the magic is YOU.
‘When I watched you walk down the pier isle, along the Caribbean Sea, in the stunning golden hour in your magnificent champagne dress, honestly you made me struggle to keep all composure, I knew I was so blessed, I felt like the luckiest man on earth from the moment you said YES.’
The wedding, which he described as a fairytale, saw them exchange vows in front of five of their closest friends at boutique Zoëtry hotel on Jamaica’s Montego Bay.
First pictures from the big day showed Kazz, looking beautiful as she donned an embellished lace gown with sheer panels.
At the wedding she wore a champagne gown by Indian designer Rohit Verma and held a dried bouquet of burnt orange, red and white flowers and sprays of pampas grass and berries, crafted by Blu Ivy.
The groom danced down the aisle accompanied by a steel pan band who were playing the couple’s special song Adorn by Miguel.
After becoming man and wife, the newlyweds enjoyed a celebratory dinner with their guests but found the day so tiring they admitted they were all tucked up in bed by 9.30.
Oritsé welcomed son Omré in 2014 with his ex Aimee Jade Azari.
Oritsé recently ignited a bitter public feud with his ex Aimée Jade after he claimed she is ‘blocking their son from seeing his severely ill mother’.
He took to social media on to claim that Aimée Jade, known as AJ, won’t let their son Omre, eight, see his mother – and that it was making her illness worse due to stress.
The pair split in 2016, a year and a half after AJ gave birth to Omre, and Oritsé has since moved on and married Kazz Kumar.
But his ex has hit back at the claims, taking to Instagram to claim that their family matters have been dealt with in court and accuse him of spewing ‘false narratives’.
AJ refused to directly reply to Oritsé’s recent comments, but branded him a ‘narcissist’ as she slammed him for prioritising his public perception over ‘actually being a parent’.
Writing on X, formerly Twitter, Oritsé said: ‘I always believed it possible to bring out love & unity in anybody, but honestly I’ve really been forced to question that.
‘Almost a decade fighting to be in his life, an untold amount of rejected olive branches extended, in hope we could all be in harmony for the best of the kid.’
In a second tweet, he shared a picture of his mother with Omre and wrote: ‘She’s fully aware mum has a severe illness MS, which gets worse over time, she knows stress provokes symptoms getting worse, the amount of tears as a family we have witnessed mum shed & break down because she won’t let her see her grandchild has torn our hearts apart as a family.’
In response to the claims, AJ took to her Instagram Story to share her opinion, writing:
‘Thank you everyone for your messages. I am more than experienced in dealing with this behaviour. Nothing shocks me, I’ve heard it all before, everything that is being said right now including things about my ex partner’s family members has already been addressed in court.
‘When a narcissist gets caught out on the things they do, they go all out to try and shame or blame you. They will use a new source and anyone who will listen to portray their false narratives and their version of events they have created.
‘The narrative and perception they project of themselves is more important to them then actually being a parent and taking responsibility for their actions.
‘Due to the nature of this matter and all those involved and the fact that this has already legally been addressed, I will not be responding to the comments made at this moment in time.’
Oritsé rose to fame as one-fourth of JLS in 2009 and previously revealed a big reason he became a pop star was to afford care for his mother.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain in April, Oritse revealed he was just 12 when he became the main caregiver to his mother, his younger sister Naomi, who was two at the time, and his brother Temisan, then 10.
The star asked for more support for all young carers in the UK, recalling his own struggle looking after his mother as a child.
Speaking about children in their position nationwide, he said: ‘Young carers need more support, and also to be recognised for the incredible, incredible work that they do.

‘So, I feel like if adults showed more care and understanding to the individual circumstance that I was in, then I would have felt a lot more supported. And that’s something I feel like a lot of young carers can benefit from.’
