23 suspected miscreants harassing and terrorizing Lagosians have been rounded up by Operatives of the Lagos State Police Rapid Response Squad (RRS) after a raid operation across Lagos, the state Police Command said in a statement.
According to the statement released on Saturday 17th February 2024, by the Lagos State Police Command, the 23 suspected miscreants were arrested on Friday evening in various areas of Lagos, namely, Agege underbridge, Pen Cinema, Raji Fashola Railway Station, and other blackspots.
The raid operations were carried out in collaboration with the Elere, Isokoko, and Pen Cinema Police Divisions as well as other security agencies, the statement by the RRS added.
The 23 suspects are to be prosecuted in line with the directives of the Commissioner of Police, CP Adegoke Fayoade.
