The alleged Boutcha massacre is beginning to receive worldwide condemnation, as the latest world leader to condemn the act is President Emmanuel Macron of France, who in a tweet vowed that Russian Authorities must answer for the crimes committed in the city of Ukraine.

According to reports, the Boutcha massacre was discovered on Saturday, where lifeless bodies of at least 20 men in civilian clothes lying on a street.

The day after the discovery of many bodies in Boutcha, a city just liberated northwest of Kiev, Ukraine, Emmanuel Macron said on Twitter on Sunday that “the Russian authorities will have to answer for these crimes”.

“The images that reach us from Boutcha, a liberated town near kyiv, are unbearable. In the streets, hundreds of cowardly murdered civilians. My compassion for the victims, my solidarity with the Ukrainians. The Russian authorities will have to answer for these crimes” , he wrote on the social network.

According to the report by AFP, the lifeless bodies of at least 20 men in civilian clothes lying on a street in Boutcha were discovered on Saturday. One of the men had his hands tied and the bodies were strewn for several hundred yards. The cause of their death could not be determined immediately, but one person had a large head wound.
