Fiorentina forward, Dusan Vlahovic has been heavily linked to English Premier League side Arsenal, has reportedly completed a €75million move to Juventus.
According to the report by the renowned football journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the transfer of Dusan Vlahovic to Juventus was done on Thursday 27th January 2022, after an agreement was reached with the player, his agents and his club, Fiorentina.
A total of €75million fee plus add ons was included in the deal, as the player is set to earn the sum of €7million net salary per season.
Fabrizio also reported that Dusan Vlahović will undergo medical tests in Turin and sign his long-term contract soon.
Vlahovic has been the subject of much debate about his future after he turned down a contract renewal offer at Fiorentina last summer that would have seen him become the highest-earning player in the club’s history.
The club, with the player’s contract set to expire in the summer of 2023, took the decision to try and sell the Serbia international in this transfer window.
Vlahovic has been in excellent form for Fiorentina so far this season, having scored 17 goals and provided four assists in 21 Serie A matches, while in 2021 he equalled Cristiano Ronaldo’s record for most goals in a calendar year in Italy’s top flight.
