Senator Ibikunle Amosun and wife, Olufunsho have officially marked their 30th wedding anniversary. And they did this with the cutting of a massive anniversary cake.
The immediate past Governor of Ogun State, and present Senator representing Ogun Central Senatorial zone, Senator Ibikunle Amosun and wife ushered in their 30th wedding anniversary only yesterday. But the couple on Wednesday 8th September 2021, decided to share some photos from the anniversary celebration, to thank fans, family and well-wishers for their kind words.
Recall that we reported here only yesterday Tuesday 7th September 2021, that Senator Ibikunle Amosun and wife Olufunsho Amosun revealed that they have been married for 30-years, where the former First Lady of Ogun state took to her official social media handle to post a special anniversary message to mark the day.
Olufunsho Amosun in her post as we reported, had put up a recent photo of her husband and herself with a series of messages to share the special day with family, friends and her followers.
In one of those messages, she opted for her local dialect, which is the Yoruba language to describe her feelings to her husband, saying:
“Ade Ori Okin HWA Ade ori mi it’s been a blissful 30-year reign of wearing you as a crown on my head. #adeoriokin #ade #mycrown,” she said.
She continued:
“3 decades of love… HWA husband. It seems only like yesterday when I said “I DO”
I still do thank you for being an exemplary, kind and giving husband.
“30 years and still counting…
HWA husband, thank you for 3 decades of unconditional love,” she added.
All her messages to her husband were captions of different photos she posted on her social media page.
Senator Amosun and wife who has been together for 30-years have five children, also a grandchild.
