President Muhammadu Buhari has submitted the Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper, 2022-2024 MTEF/FSP to the Senate for consideration and approval.
The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan had disclosed this on Tuesday 13th July 2021, while reading a letter to that effect on the floor of the upper chamber.
In the letter read by Senator Ahmad Lawan on the floor, the President said the submission of the 2022-2024 MTEF/FSP was to allow the lawmakers ample time to consider and pass the 2022 budget in December to meet up with the January-December budget circle.
