Tomas Soucek has been reported to have extended his contract with English Premier League side, West Ham United. The new contract will see the player staying with the London club until the end of the 2019/2020 season.
According to the report by West Ham United which confirmed the news on their official website on Monday 8th June 2020, the club revealed that Tomas Soucek who was crowned Czech Footballer of the Year, has extended his loan spell at London Stadium until the end of the 2019/20 season.
Tomas Soucek joined West Ham from Slavia Prague temporarily in January.
Premier League rules were recently amended to permit that, where all parties agree, a loan agreement expiring on or before 30 June 2020 could be extended to the end of Season 2019/20, paving the way for the central midfielder to remain in east London until at least the current Premier League campaign is completed.
