Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases has reached a total of 1273 as at 26th April 2020, as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported another 91 new cases.
The NCDC in its daily updates on the coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria, on Sunday 26th April 2020, taking to their official twitter handle, reported that Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases has reached a total of 1273, and this was due to the new 91 cases they recorded today.
According to the update released by NCDC, the new 91 cases recorded across some states of the federation, shows the following distributions, with Lagos still having the most confirmed cases in Nigeria. The distributions shows the following newly recorded cases of the COVID-19:

8-Sokoto
6-Taraba
5-Kaduna
5-Gombe
3-Ondo
3-FCT
3-Edo
3-Oyo
3-Rivers
3-Bauchi
2-Osun
1-Akwa Ibom
1-Bayelsa
1-Ebonyi
1-Kebbi
These distributions on the newly çonfirmed cases, means that the total confirmed cases across some states in Nigeria as at 26th April 2020, has increased, while some are reporting their first cases.
The NCDC in their report on Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases said a total of 1273 has been confirmed, with 239 discharged so far and 40 deaths across some of these states.
