NCDC Confirms Thirty-eight New Cases As Total Jumps To 665

COVID-19: Cases Jumps To 50,488 With 593 New Cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed additional Thirty-eight New Cases of the coronavirus, as the aggregate of coronavirus Infected patients in Nigeria jumps to 665.

The NCDC in a statement released a few hours ago in its official Twitter handle where they have been updating Nigerians about the coronavirus pandemic, said Thirty-eight new cases of coronavirus have been reported across some states in Nigeria.

These confirmed Thirty-eight new cases cut across some states in Nigeria, as the centre gave the distribution of the figures as:

23 in Kano
5 in Gombe
3 in Kaduna
2 in Borno
2 in Abia
1 in FCT
1 in Sokoto
1 in Ekiti

All these were confirmed as at 11:10 pm Monday 20th April 2020. The Thirty-eight new cases takes total confirmed cases to 665 reported in Nigeria, with 188 so far discharged and 22 Deaths.
