Popularl comedian, Ayo Makun has a few hours ago, taken to his Instagram to share a lovely birthday message to one of Nollywood legends, and the man with the golden voice, Segun Arinze on his 54th birthday.
Ayo Makun who is popularly known as AY, took to his social media page to celebrate one of those that paved the way for him in the Nigerian Entertainment industry, as he made a post thanking Segun Arinze for all he has done for him and the Nigerian Entertainment Industry. He said:
“From my university days till date I have been privileged to enjoy the services and guidance of this industry General.
This is just another opportunity for me to thank you for giving me that prestigious facelift when you attended the awards I organised on campus years ago. That was you telling me it was possible to fraternise with people we see on television.
Thank you for creating an enabling environment on stage with you as a co-master of ceremonies at the event that eventually gave me my first visa abroad. That was you telling the world that the sky is wide enough for everyone to fly.
Thank you for voicing the first-ever Ay Live jingle. That was you encouraging and believing that the young shall grow in the entertainment business.
Thank you for the appearances in my projects, and the countless calls to advice and celebrate my little achievements.

Segun Arinze who is of both Yoruba and Igbo, and popularly known as Black Arrow, was born on 24th September 1965 in Onitsha, Anambra State. He is from Badagry Lagos State.
