Nigerian Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola has once again, come to the rescue of yet another Nigerian celebrity struggling to pay his medical bills, as he clears Majek Fashek’s medical bills in a London Hospital.
This will not be the first time Femi Otedola will be giving financial assistance to Nigerians in need, as he continues to give without having a second thought or announcing it on social media.
From the Nollywood entertainment industry to the music and Sports, Femi Otedola has never failed to hear the cry of the men and women who have cried for financial assistance to take care of the medical bills running into millions of naira. As he said in one of his posts, these men and women at one time were a source of joy and inspiration to him while growing up as a child, and seeing them in such a state, makes him sad, and his kind gesture is just his way of saying thank you to them.
He has rescued the likes of Christian Chukwu, Peter Fregene, Victor Olaotan, Sadiq Daba, and many more that were not made public, when they needed help.
The case of Majek Fashek who has been battling with ill-health for years now (mostly drug-related) was reported to have been rushed to a London hospital for an undisclosed sickness by his manager, Uzoma Day Omenka. The news we believe, got to Femi Otedola via the videos he shared on social media, and now he is getting the financial assistance he urgently needed.
Confirming the story and sounding the alarm of the critical state of the ‘Rainmaker’ Uzoma Day Omenka said:
“Good day everyone, the is to confirm to all fans of the number 1 African living legendary Majek Fashek is very Sick as we are currently at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolich in England. Sorry, this Message came late and let us all support him with prayers as we also Really Need support financially for upkeep” he said in a short video.
He also debunked the rumour that Majeck Fashek was dead, saying:
“Majek Fashek is Alive pls share this video all fans well-wishers and Jah people pls let’s continue praying for him and stop listening to people doing propaganda and scandals ………he is improving gradually, responding to treatments, greetings from the legendary Majek Fashek” he assured Nigerians on Majek Fashek’s health.
