Former Ghanaian striker, Junior Agogo has been reported dead at the age of 40, as Ghanasoccernet which first broke the news on Thursday, confirmed that the former Zamalek striker died in London on Thursday 22nd August 2019.
The now late Junior Agogo in April 2019, was reported to have revealed that he can no longer write with his right hand after suffering a stroke over four years ago.
He was remembered for his eye-catching performances for the Black Stars during the 2008 Nations Cup on home soil.
The 40-year-old played for the likes of Nottingham Forest, Zamalek Sheffield Wednesday, Queens Park Ranger, Chicago Fire among other clubs.
Junior Agogo made 27 appearances for Ghana and scored 12 goals.
Since the sad news of his demise, tributes have been pouring in from footballers, his former clubs and family and friends.
