Manchester United has once again ended their interest in yet another player, after the Dybala issue, and this time is the Tottenham attacking midfielder, Christian Eriksen. The Red Devil are reported to have dropped their interest on the player, as they feel the player his more keen for a move to Real Madrid than the Red side of Manchester.
The 27-year-old Christian Eriksen will be the second player in two weeks that have rejected a possible move to Manchester United, after Paulo Dybala who is rumoured to be closed to joining Tottenham, rejected a move to the club.
This latest news is clearly not a good news to the United fans, as transfer window in the English Premier League closes tomorrow, which is midnight of Thursday 8th August. But Tottenham who have a number of players being linked to them, players such as Real Betis’s Giovani Lo Celso, former Liverpool playmaker, Philippe Coutinho, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Bruno Fernandes would rather sell Christian Eriksen to an oversea team such as Real Madrid than sell to Manchester United who are in the same league with them.
Selling Eriksen to Real Madrid will a better option for Spurs, where they will avoid a situation whereby he (Eriksen) will come back and hurt them as an opposition player for Manchester United.
It is going to be an interesting last day of the transfer window in England, as the likes of Paul Pogba, Lukaku, Coutinho, Dybala, Eriksen whose names have popped up in the transfer market, will be looking to make a big career move either at their present club or elsewhere.
