Eden Hazard sweeps Chelsea awards, as the man who has been rumoured to be heading to Real Madrid next season, on Friday night took home three awards for himself.
Eden Hazard at the Chelsea awards ceremony in London on Friday night, took home Chelsea player of the season award, Goal of the season (the solo goal against Liverpool in the League cup) and the Yokohama Player of the Year Award.
This season has been his best season in Chelsea shirt, scoring 16 goals and giving 19 assist, which is the most by any player this season. His spot kick on Thursday night, which was the last spot kick against Frankfurt, took Chelsea to the finals of the Europa League cup.
The football world are now awaiting his next move after the Europa League cupw final, which will be against their London rival, Arsenal.
