A Court has on Wednesday stopped a public release of a naked spa video of New England Patriots owner, Robert Kraft where he was alleged to be receiving sexual services at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa & Massage Parlor in Jupiter, Florida. But the footage is already in circulation, meaning that the order of the Court is already defeated.
Judge Joseph Marx who issued the temporary order, will resume hearing of the case on April 29th and it is also expected that nothing is done regarding the alleged tape until the hearing.
According to a report from the clips already released online, Mr Robert Kraft was shown to in the massage parlour with another person, presumably the massage therapist, as the undressed 77-year-old was laying on the massage table with his hands placed behind his head while getting serviced.
The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday they intend to make the surveillance videos of Robert Kraft, and all 24 other suspects, available to the public. But the lawyers to Robert Kraft quickly filed an emergency motion earlier on Wednesday, aiming to block the release.
The lawyers maintained that releasing the video would violate their client’s constitutional rights and hamper his chance for a fair trial, saying:
“Mr Kraft has an obvious and profound stake in any potential disclosure of the sensitive materials at issue, which, among other things, depict him naked, and should, therefore, be permitted to intervene for the sake of protecting his interests and informing this Court’s decision,” the defence motion said
While Robert Kraft has pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitutes, we wait till the 29th of April for the continuation of the case.
