Hollywood actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli will be going all the way with their court cases, as they both have pleaded not guilty to all the charges brought against them in their alleged roles in the US College Admission Scandal.

According to reports, Lori Loughlin and her husband Giannulli both filed a waiver of appearance forms in their federal case, advising the court they do not want to appear for an arraignment on the second superseding indictment, and instead are pleading not guilty to “each of the charges” against them.

Lori Loughlin is one of the few Hollywood stars and parents that have been indicted in college admissions scandal, that have seen her colleague and Desperate Housewives actor, Felicity Huffman already pleaded guilty for bribing officials in order for her daughter to gain admission into one of the top colleges in the US.

Loughlin and Giannulli who face a possible 40-years in jail if found guilty have already been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, which they had not yet entered a plea for. Both appeared in Boston, but only as a formality and were free to leave after signing their terms of release papers.
