Toke Makinwa has reacted to Drake’s outburst at his acceptance speech at the just concluded Grammys, saying that she agrees with him calling the Grammys meaningless, while also reminding her followers that Drake is her baby Daddy.
Toke Makinwa calls Drake her baby Daddy in her Instagram post where she was congratulating the “God’s Plan” rapper for winning a Grammy, and even going as far as asking one follower who insisted Drake belongs to her to go and look for her own baby Daddy elsewhere! lol
Drake receiving his award at the Grammys had somehow put the recording Academy on blast saying:
“We play in an opinion-based sport, not a factual based sport. It’s not the NBA where at the end of the year you’re holding the trophy because you made the right decision or won the games,” he said.
“You’ve already won if you have people singing your songs word for word if you’re a hero in your hometown,” he said. “Look, if there are people who have regular jobs coming out in the rain, in the snow, spending their hard-earned money to buy tickets to come to your shows. You don’t need this right here. I promise you, you already won.”
