Super Eagles of Nigeria winger Ahmed Musa has a few hours ago, taken to his social media to thank Nigerians for all their condolence messages since the passing of his mother, showing a photo of Simon Lalong, his aunt and himself.
The former Leicester City forward, who now plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, while receiving the Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong said all the messages he has received since the passing of his mother, he never expected them and cannot thank Nigerians enough. He also said he will never take them for granted: He said:
“On behalf of my entire family, I just want to say a big thank you to everyone for your love, thoughts and prayers during this hard time. The passing of my mum albeit unexpected, your comforting words, calls, texts, visits have been a great help to my family and I. Thank you so much once again because I do not take it for granted.???”
