The plane believed to be carrying Cardiff City new signing, Emiliano Sala is said to have disappeared over the English Channel on Monday evening.
According to Marca, the small aircraft which Emiliano Sala was travelling in from Nantes-Atlantique Airport to the Welsh capital disappeared without a trace.
According to British media, the Argentine forward Emiliano Sala was on board and was flying to Wales after having signed for the Premier League club during this winter transfer windowRescue helicopters and boats set out to try to find the aircraft, but the search was unsuccessful and wasn’t helped by the weather conditions in the English Channel.
Guernsey’s police force reported that the search started at 20:50 on Monday evening, 20 minutes after the most recent contact with the aircraft, and that the focus was on the area north of Alderney.
