Senator Melaye has been reported to have been whisked away from the hospital where he was receiving treatment in Garki Abuja by masked armed men a few hours ago.
Senator Melaye is the Senator representing Kogi West, and has been having issues with the Nigerian police, as it was just a few days ago he surrendered to the Police after hours of siege at his Abuja home.
He was reported to have collapsed on their way to the Police Headquarters, but was taken to the Police Clinic in Garki, Abuja after the incident, for proper treatment.
