Davido has a few hours ago, taken to his social media page to praise a fan (lati saga) who bought a tricycle popularly known as Keke Maruwa with the 1million naira he gifted him some days back.
The said young man if you can still recall was the man who started the whole Lati drama, after Davido promised to gift him with 1million naira for helping to protect some girls during his last December concert at the Eko Atlantic.
Following the promise, the young man (Lati crooner) later complained in a video that he was yet to receive the 1million naira as promised by Davido.
The young man addressed Davido as Lati on social media because the promise was taking too long…lol
Davido wasn’t having none of that so he decided to give the money to another fan, a female identified as Deborah Ezekwe, who OBO said he spotted in the crowd. He said he felt her presence throughout the show, cheering him on. He then called everyone’s attention and said N1 million should be given to her.
But Davido later called Lati and presented him with the promised 1million naira cash at his home, which was what he used to purchase the Keke Maruwa.
Davido who praise the man for investing wisely with the money, put up a photo of the Keke with this caption:
“Wise investment ! Gbe maruwa eh I think say him go spend d money finish ! Smart dude”
