After the FIFA women world cup draws were made yesterday, there has been a lot of reactions from players and coaches, but one player who reacted to the draws and calling for Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for an early preparation is no other than Ngozi Okobi.
Taking to her social media page, Ngozi Okobi put out this tweet:
“The long awaited FIFA women world cup draws has been drawn.
NFF preparation starts now, it’s only a mentally, physically, tactical team full of motivation with all kind of support that will survive this.
Super Falcons needs your support.”
The Super Falcons of Nigeria who just won their 9th African Women Championship, will be looking to better their record at the world cup come next year.
It will be a tough one, given the group they are in, as host France, Korea and Norway are no pushovers…but we are African champions though, and we have to prove that at the world cup.
