President Muhammadu Buhari has paid a visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau and museum in Oswiecim in Poland, as he lays a wreath to honour those that were slaughtered at the concentration camps during the Nazi era.
President Muhammadu Buhari and his entourage were taken around the historic museum in Poland and shown a short documentary on the historic event and how women, men, and children were killed by the Nazi soldiers in the concentration camps.
According to the report put out by the Presidency, President Muhammadu Buhari visits the memorial and museum in Oświęcim, Poland, which includes the Nazi concentration camps I & II-Birkenau.
The place is devoted to the memory of the victims who died at both camps during World War II President Buhari is in Poland for the United Nations climate change conference and on the sideline decided to honour the deaths. See photos:
