Singer, Justin Timberlake a few hours ago announced the cancellation of his ‘Man of the Woods’ concert at the Madison Square Garden (MSG) until January 31st, 2019.
Justin Timberlake who is also an actor said he is postponing the concert on Doctor’s orders, saying his vocal chords are severely bruised. Taking to his social media page, he said:
“Hey guys, I’m sorry to announce I have to postpone the show at MSG tonight on Doctor’s orders. My vocal chords are severely bruised. I’m gonna make this up to you and the new show will be on my birthday, January 31st. More information to come. Again I’m so sorry to do this but excited to see you soon. Love, J.” He said.
On their part, the Madison Square Garden, apologized to fans, saying:
“As a result of bruised vocal chords, the Justin Timberlake Man of The Woods concert tonight is postponed until January 31st. Fans are advised to hold onto their tickets as they will be honoured at the rescheduled event. Justing Timberlake apologizes for the inconvenience to his New York fans but looks forward to celebrating his birthday at the rescheduled event”.
This will not be the first time the tour will experience a delay or postponement, as in March it was postponed for October. The tour was supposed to start from 22-24 October, before this latest cancellation.
