The headline of Lola Omotayo wanting to be a full-time housewife might have shocked most people if not all, especially in this current economic situation that we have found ourselves, and how women are beginning to take over the role of the man in their households.
So, that was how Lola Omotayo the beautiful wife of superstar singer and dancer, Peter Okoye, a former member of the now defunct Psquare group, took to her social media to say that she sometimes wished she was a full-time housewife, as juggling her job and her family has really been challenging.
She said not spending much time like she would have wished with her family, especially her children are making her feel like she is missing on a number of things.
Lola Omotayo said she would have preferred a full-time housewife, but still thanking God she has a job. She said:
“Boy am I glad this week is coming to an end. Sometimes I wish I was a stay at home mum. I feel like I am missing out on the most important year’s of my kid’s lives but then again I am grateful to God for having a job. I guess finding the right balance is what is key.
