The newly crowned ‘King of Africa’ and Afrobeat superstar, Ayodeji Balogun who is famously known as Wizkid, yesterday took to his social media page to unveil himself as Ciroc Ambassador.
The ‘Soco’ music crooner who in a short video posted on his Instagram page, announced in his native language of Yoruba, that he has just landed yet another deal to be the new face of Ciroc, joining hundreds of other musicians and celebrities who are already signed into the company.
Wizkid in the short video, had only one message for his fans around the world, as he placed a blue bottle of Ciroc on his face faking to be receiving a call, he said:
” Do not do drugs, do Ciroc”
If you recall, just a few days ago, Wizkid and Sean Combs (Puff Daddy) appeared in a video that went viral social media, where in the video Puff Daddy calling the Nigerian the new ‘Black King’ and how they are working on a new thing together. This unveiling of Wizkid as Ciroc Ambassador clearly shows what they have been working on all along, and the video was just them finalizing agreements.
The former bad boy rapper and music producer, who is also a co-owner of the Ciroc franchise, even said he is looking forward at coming to Africa, especially at this time when he is still looking young and fine too…lol
This new endorsement shows how the Wizkid brand is fast becoming Africa’s number brand when it comes to music, as the ‘Soco’ master keeps getting all the accolades and breaking new grounds…congratulations to Wizkid on his new endorsement…
