Fortune is clearly smiling on the reigning African footballer of the year, and now record-breaking goal scorer in the English Premier league, Mohammed Salah. The man that has become in his first season at Liverpool the first African to net over 30 goals in the Premier League and also the first African to ever score ten goals in Champions League, has been getting a lot of accolades from all corners,and the latest one is coming from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Liverpool man is being honoured in far away from the Middle East, for his outstanding performance so far this season, and for presenting the Arab world. For this, he is being given a priced piece of land in a choice area in Saudi Arabia and named as an Ambassador for Islam according to the report.
Mohamed Salah has so far scored 43-goals in all competition and was instrumental in Liverpool’s 5-2 win against AS Roma in the UEFA champions league semifinal played last night.
Fondly called the ‘Egyptian King’, Salah is now a holy ambassador and will also get a piece of land in the Islamic holy land of Mecca for his good work at promoting the people of Arabs and Islam in general.
