Former Manchester United and German International, Bastian Schweinsteiger and wife who also is a retired tennis player, Ana Ivanovich have welcomed their first child as a couple. The couple who got married in 2016 are having their first child, a baby boy. They both broke the news earlier today in separate social media handles to share the good news with their fans.

The retired Serbian Tennis star, Ana Ivanovic took to her social media page, to put up this photo, captioning it with a heartwarming message:

Welcome to the world our little boy ?. Words can not describe the joy and the happiness we feel in our hearts! @bastianschweinsteiger ?

Ana Ivanovic now joins tennis superstars that have become mothers in the last months, as she and her husband could not hide their joy, as they took to Instagram to share a photo showing just the feet of the little boy. It was husband and former Bayern and world cup winner Bastian who took to his Instagram page to upload the photo, with this lovely words:

‘Welcome to the world our little boy! We are so happy.’

Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ana Ivanovic who have been expecting their first child since November of last year when they first broke the news on their Instagram page, have since been receiving messages from friends and former clubs. The likes of Bayern have since sent in their congratulatory message to their greatest midfielder and a player who helped the club win virtually everything during his time at the club.
