All the votes have been gathered and all the names for the All NBA stars released. Nigerian Victor Oladipo of Indiana Pacers makes the list for Eastern Conference. The all stars from both the Western Conference and Eastern Conference as released have attracted a lot of criticism, especially from players and fans alike.
