In snaps shared to her Instagram on Friday, the actress, 60, showed off her incredible figure in a skimpy white bikini as she posed up a storm with the American country music singer, 64, at the party.
Flaunting her taut stomach in the ensemble, the model layered a cream faux-fur coat over her shoulders and accessorised with diamond silver earrings.
To complete the iconic look, Elizabeth Hurley tucked a silver prop gun into her bikini bottoms.
She bore a striking resemblance to Ursula when she played Bond girl Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film, Dr. No, in 1962.
She captioned the sizzling snaps: ‘Happy New Year. Starting 2026 with a bang #007Party.’
Billy later flocked to the comments to express his love for Elizabeth, writing: ‘Talk about a banger of a way to welcome in the New Year ❤️ I love you Baby ❤️❤️’
During the party, Elizabeth Hurley appeared in high spirits as she was joined by friends and her director son, Damian Hurley, 23.
The celebration comes after the actress and Billy Ray marked their first Christmas together with her son, Damian.

Clearly, Billy and Elizabeth – who met in 2022 on the set of the movie Christmas in Paradise and started dating after his marriage to Firerose went up in smoke in 2024 – are still going very strong.
The Austin Powers alum and the country music star went public with their romance in April, and their relationship has continued to grow stronger over recent months.
‘They’ve been together for more than six months now,’ a source told People in October.
‘Despite the skepticism it was always real from the beginning. And they’re going strong.’
The celebrity couple actually have contrasting personalities, but they’re still very happy together.
The insider explained: ‘They’re very different, but it works. They’re so cute together.
‘It’s the kind of connection that surprises people but makes perfect sense when you spend time with them. Liz’s very happy.’
Elizabeth recently revealed that she’s ‘very happy’ with Billy and is delighted that their children get along with each other, too.
The actress revealed her son Damian has met Cyrus’s pop star daughter Miley, 32, and ‘everyone loves everyone’.
‘Damian and Miley have met, Billy’s kids are great and Billy has spent a lot of time with Damian. Everyone loves everyone, it’s lovely,’ Elizabeth gushed.
Damian is Elizabeth’s only child from her relationship with late businessman Steve Bing, while Billy is the father of six children, including five with his ex-wife Tish Cyrus.
Elizabeth is based in the UK, and Billy lives in Tennessee, but they make a point to spend quality time with each other on both sides of the Atlantic.
She told People that Billy ‘loves it’ in the UK, adding: ‘Obviously he loves England. The weather is nicer here in the summer than it is in Tennessee.’
