Mourinho is probably having the most terrible start to a season in his career as a manager, as his Manchester United side were thrashed by Spurs by 0-3 at the Old Trafford a few minutes ago.

Jose Mourinho’s side continued their free fall on Monday as they were condemned to a second defeat after three games, and a back to back defeat after last week’s defeat to Brighton.

Spurs on the other hand, got their third straight win of the season after the goals from Harry Kane, and a brace from Lucas Moura saw the London club and manager Mauricio Pochettino broke the Old Trafford voodoo.
The win means Spurs joins the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, and Watford as the only teams so far with a 100% wins after three games, and are now second behind Liverpool on the English Premier League table.

Jose Mourinho’s side started the Monday night game on a positive note, with chances begging to be put away, after a sloppy back pass from Danny Rose which fell for Romelu Lukaku, but the big Belgian who looked like someone struggling with his weight after beating Hugo Lloris put the ball wide.

Manchester United continued their pressing, and after over 20-plus attempts and just four on target, it was Spurs who were more clinical and more tactical, as they exploited the shaky United defense who are yet to recover from last weekend shock, to put home three lovely goals to take all three points.

Jose Mourinho going into the Monday game, made six changes from last weekend, as Matic made a  returning for his 50th Reds appearance. The coach started with:
David De Gea, Smalling, Jones, Matic, Pogba, Fred, Lukaku, Shaw, Herrera, Lingard, Valencia
while Spurs had:
Hugo Lloris, Trippier, Rose, Alberweireld, Ventroghen, Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Lucas, Dele, and Kane

The defeat his Jose Mourinho’s heaviest defeat as a manager in all competition….and more are coming…
