Julia Roberts joyfully shared a rare throwback photo of her son Henry in celebration of his 17th birthday this Tuesday.
Henry was pictured as a baby, looking curiously at something off-camera as his mother proudly held him up and beamed at him.
‘Incredible that this baby is now a towering 17 year old wonder!’ the 56-year-old actress gushed in her caption. ‘Happy Birthday beautiful Henry.
Julia Roberts shares Henry and her 19-year-old twins Hazel and Phinneas with her second husband, cinematographer Daniel Moder.
The Pretty Woman star rarely posts pictures of her children, and has not done so since November when the twins rang in their latest birthday.
For that occasion, she uploaded a black and white shot of herself sitting cross-legged on the floor with baby Hazel and Phinneas perched on her lap.
‘There are no words for the joy, the fun, the wild rumpus of life together,’ the mother of three wrote heartwarmingly in her caption.

Julia laid out her theory that children ‘have chosen us in this moment to be their stewards and their shepherds in this life experience.’
She met her husband ‘when I was ready,’ whereupon ‘you call these children into your lives when we’re ready to best partner with them.’
The Eat Pray Love star confessed: ‘Sometimes I get gripped with fear of blowing it, and sometimes I’ve just said to my kids, like: “So, today me as a mom, can we just – can we just take that off the boards? Because I blew it.”‘
In 2022, she spoke to the New York Times magazine about taking fewer acting jobs after she welcomed her children into the world.
‘It wasn’t by design. So much as not finding something that I was interested in. I was surprised how quickly the years seemed to go by,’ she said.
‘It’s also the math equation of my husband’s work schedule and the kids’ school schedule and summer vacation. It’s not just, Oh, I think I want to do this,’ she added.
