Fake lover-boy Ohiaeri Chukwudi bags one year for $15,000 fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission earlier today, paraded three cybercrime syndicates after they were convicted by a Court of law for cyber crime-related offences. The Commission parading the Internet fraudsters, said they were convicted for defrauding their victims using a false identity. It gave their names as Henry Ofeyi, David Afatakpa and David Abumhenre.

According to the Commission, the amount of money recovered from them as at the time of their arrest was N4.1million and no mention of the seizure of physical properties. It is also amusing that the convicted fraudsters opted for some Hollywood names in which they operated in, as Ofeyi was reported to have used the name Dexter Smith, and Afatakpa as Vin Diesel, while  Abumhenre as Tom Hanks. lol
