The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has confirmed 348 new cases of the novel coronavirus in Nigeria, as the total number of infected persons in the country as at Wednesday 3rd June 2020, now stand at 11166.

The NCDC Confirming the 348 new cases on its official Twitter handle, gave the following distribution of the 348 new cases across some states in the country, with Lagos State still topping the list of infected persons so far. The distribution as reported by NCDC, shows:

163 of the cases are in Lagos,

Ebonyi-23 

Rivers-21 

Delta-8 

Nasarawa-8 

Niger-8 

Enugu-6 

Bauchi-5 

Edo-5 

Ekiti-5 

Ondo-5 

Gombe-5 

Benue-4 

Ogun-2 

Osun-1 

Plateau-1 

Kogi-1 

Anambra-1

With the latest addition, the number of confirmed cases has hit 11166 in the country with 3329 discharged and 315 deaths.
