Hollywood stars of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have both tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The two were said to be filming an Elvis Presley movie down in Australia when they were confirmed positive, TMZ reports.
According to the report, Tom Hanks had told the news outlet that himself and Rita got tested for the deadly virus after feeling like they had a cold, saying they felt extra tired and had somebody aches and the results came back positive.
Tom Hanks and Rita also had some chills that came and went, as well as slight fevers.
Now, Tom says he will follow protocols put in place by medical officials and the rest of his family will also be tested for the virus. Tom Hanks says he will be observed and isolated for as long as required for public health and safety.
Tom and Rita are the first A-listers to test positive for coronavirus … while international soccer star Daniele Ruganihas also tested positive.
