Davido has shared a lovely video for his song, ‘1 Milli’ as he uses his wife to be, Chioma Rowland as his muse, just like what they did in ‘Assurance’.
The 1 Milli song which was part of his 18 track latest album released in November 2019, is about a story of love and marriage. The video seems to be him preparing his fans about what is to happen a in few months, which is ‘Assurance part two’ after their engagement and the arrival of their son.
Davido who first took to his social media account to share a screen shot from the 1 Milli video, showing Chioma and himself embellished in traditional attire and in a ‘traditional marriage settings’, confused fans with his post, as a few minutes after he put up the post, congratulatory messages started to pour in on his comment section.
Fans and some industry mates were sending congratulatory messages to him on his ‘traditional marriage’ not knowing it was a shot from his 1 Milli music video.
The dramatic visual had everything to make you believe it was shots from Davido and Chioma’s traditional wedding, which of course, is yet to hold. But if for nothing, they have given us a snippet of what to expect in the actual ‘Assurance2020’ wedding ceremony.
Davido announcing his album, had posted a the album cover featuring his billionaire Dad, Adeleke and himself, in a father and son pose, with all the tracks, making up for the background. He had captioned the album cover then with these words:
“It’s been a journey to get to this point and I am so grateful to God and everyone who has contributed to my success.
This album was recorded between Lagos, Atlanta, Accra, London and Los Angeles and I had the best time of my life creating it.
