Kanye West delays the official release date for his new album he titled ‘Jesus Is King’, an album which release date was earlier set for October 25th, asking fans for more time.

The ‘Jesus Is King’ album is now looking more like ‘Jesus Is Coming’ album, as, in a typical Kanye West fashion, he once again failed to release the much-anticipated album, with an announcement on his Twitter handle on Friday morning.

Taking to his twitter handle, he posted this message to his fans who have stayed awake for the new album to drop midnight on Thursday, after almost a month, after it was first put on hold. He said the album still needed some last-minute tweaks, saying:

“We not going to sleep until this album is out!” he wrote, thanking fans for being “loyal and patient”.

He continued with: ‘Everything We Need’, ‘Follow God’ and ‘Water’ – needed further “fixing”.

This news comes after his revealing interview about how he was a sex addict, introduction to porn through his father and his spiritual journey to releasing a gospel album. The release of 11 tracklists to the ‘Jesus Is King’ album, which is his ninth studio album, came on Wednesday before the announcement of a delay in releasing it.

He was previously expected to release a new album called Yandhi in September, which was to be followed by another, Black Friday, in November. Both releases were postponed indefinitely.

When Jesus is King does eventually drop it will be his first album since Ye, which came out in June last year.
