Breaking: Kidnapped Turkish nationals regain their freedom

The kidnapped Turkish Nationals who are said to be construction workers before their abduction around 10pm on July, 22, 2019, at a bar in Kwara State, were rescued on Friday during an operation by the Nigerian Police Force.

According to reports six gunmen were reported to have stormed the bar in the Edu district, Gbale, as the four employees of Istanbul concrete: Yasin Colak, 33, Senerapal, 40, Ergun Yurdakul, 35, and Seyit Keklik, 25, all Turkish Nationals were having drinks before they were taken away by the gunmen to unknown destination.

The Nigerian Police confirming that the kidnapped Turkish Nationals have regain their freedom, released a short statement saying that:

“RESCUE OF KIDNAP VICTIMS The Nigeria Police have today 26th July, 2019, successfully secured the release of four (4) Turkish Nationals earlier kidnapped in Kwara State. No ransom was paid

Three (3) male suspects arrested in connection with the kidnap are currently in Police custody”
