John Obi-Mikel shows off his trophy cabinet as the man who just returned to the English football, on Thursday took some time out to have some reflection on his career as a player and his achievements.
The former Chelsea man has won virtually everything in club football, and probably is just the world cup medal that is the only missing piece in his trophy cabinet.
John Obi-Mikel who has been named in the Super Eagles of Nigeria squad for the 2019 African Nations Cup, has won the UEFA champions League, UEFA Europa League, African Cup Of Nations, English Premier League, English FA cup, Carling Cup, a Bronze medal at the Olympics, and some other medals at all his Youth level games both for country and club.
From the short video shared by John Obi-Mikel on his Instagram page, also showed a photo of his ex Chelsea teammates during their 2012 UEFA champions League triumph. The photo was placed besides the trophy cabinet, and I am sure the memory on that photo is one which he will for long remember and be remembered for as a Chelsea Legend and history maker.
The 33-year-old, who now plays for a championship side Middlesbrough, will be looking to win the AFCON as a captain and probably retire from international football.
