Man City thrashed Manchester United 0-2 at Old Trafford to return to the top of the English Premier League table. The win on Wednesday night, was City’s 11th league win in a row, as they move closer to retaining the League ahead of Liverpool with three games remaining.
Man City thrashed Manchester United their neighbours who on the night recorded their 7th defeat in nine games, and after the humiliation on Sunday in the hands of Everton. It is their worst since 1962.
At the first few minutes of the game at Old Trafford, United briefly threatened Man City, but playing with five defenders and Fred as holding, there was little they could do, as it was just too clear to every fans seeing the game that City had a more superior team than what Ole had on the pitch..
David De Gea also continued his fumbles, as his miscalculations caused United both goals, with Bernado Silva and Sane scoring to give the visitors a well derversed three points.
Manchester United will again on Sunday face yet another huge opponent, as they will be hosting Chelsea at home. This will also not be an easy one, as just like Man City, Chelsea play more of possessive game which Manchester United have struggled with, with the likes of Barca and City.
The two teams will be giving it their all come Sunday, and a win for Chelsea will out them one step closer for a champions spot next season.
